Selwyn Snowfields is located in the Northern section of Kosciuszko National Park. The highest point Mt Selwyn is on the South Western side of Kiandra where skiing began in Australia in 1861 and also the location of the 1860 Gold rush. Cabramurra, Australia's highest town is located 14km to the West and is the centerpiece of the great Snowy Mountains Scheme.

Selwyn Snowfields is "drive-in" snow sport at its best, with the car park only a snowballs throw from the ski slopes and Selwyn Centre.Twelve lifts provide access to more than 45 hectares. Our lift capacity is 9,500 skiers per hour servicing 40% "easiest", 48% "more difficult" & 12% "most difficult" terrain.
